Baseball Pitching
I have been involved in coaching baseball and softball for 12+ years, including 8+ at the high school level. I am currently the owner of Velocity Academy and provide baseball pitching lessons. I am a believer in the Driveline approach, and am a Driveline Plus member. I follow their approach to gaining velocity through proper warmup, recovery, plyo/weighted balls and proper mechanics through the kinetic chain.
